At the headquarters of ADB SAFEGATE in Brussels, a five-day training course in the field of Airfield Ground Lighting started on Monday for Libyan Airports Authority personnel.
The training is part of a contract concluded between the Airports Authority and the Belgian company to supply landing strip lighting spare parts and some visual aid equipment and devices.
Several engineers from the Electrical Equipment Department of the Department of Equipment in the Airports Authority, in addition to some airport employees, will participate in the course. The participants will learn about the company’s products related to airports, LED technologies, manufacturing stages, how to install and detect them and how to perform regular maintenance.
