Q1:Are you factory or trading company?
We are factory direct,and we also offer trading service of sourcing goods,shipping out from china.
Q2:How do you offer sample?
we offer free sample in certain quantity and delivery within 7-10days
Q3:what is your delivery time?

mass order:15-30days
Q4:what is your payment term?
payment should be 30%deposit by TT,balance against copy of B/L or L/C at sight.
Q5:What is your Warranty?
It will Depend on your lamp quality standard,but we warranty led bulb for at least 2years.
Q6:can your factory make the light based on cutomers design?
Yes,we can print customer own brand,we offer OEM and ODM service.
Q7:How do you control light quality?
We mainly use Auto machine such as Auto inserting components machine ,auto soldering machine etc.to improve the quality,mean time we run a very strict QC rules which will test product 6 times during producing and also we make QC when goods totally assembled before loading.
Q8:How do you solved the quality complaint from the customer?
if its quality problem,and we will change the same quantity to customer accordingly .
